Switching License to New Computer Problem

I am trying to move my license from my desktop to my laptop. I successfully unlicensed my game from my desktop. I am trying to license it on my laptop. I was able to successfully license my OOTP 6.5 version, but it won't let me license my OOTP 6 version which is required to allow me to use 6.5. I tried to license my version 6 before 6.5 but it wouldn't accept my order ID. So I just licensed 6.5 and it worked. 6 still won't work. Are there different license numbers for each version? I didn't think there were. Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, there's a different licence number for each version.
