Exporting via FTP

For an league I'm in, whenever I try to export via FTP, it freezes up on me. Please help.

Could be a firewall? Check that and if not, be sure your league commish hasn't changed the FTP settings.

I think its firewall, how would I get around that?

You'll just have to disable it when ftp exporting. I'm not sure what kind of firewall you have and from what software so, you'll have to check your pc or antivirus software documentation.
