Skin Problems?

I'm having trouble with OOTP6. When I try to access the dropdown menu the background that I assume is supposed to be there so you can see the text is not. I'm wondering what's wrong. Here's a link to a screenshot of the problem. Any ideas are appreciated.

Game folder select "game config" file then toogle 3D setting.
