OOTP 6.12 - can't see emails, boxscores

I've got v6.12, and when I try to look at my boxscores or emails for my online league through the game, I can't. The emails show up blank except for a subject line, and the boxscores are blacked out so I can see the words if I highlight them, but not otherwise.

Is this a common problem? How can I fix it?

I fixed the boxscores by renaming a skin in my graphics folder, the boxscores were supposed to be viewed with some skin I didn't have in my folder. The email problem did not change though, and I'd like to be able to read those messages.

Are you copying and pasting files by chance? I've seen this once before, but it was only when OOTP wasn't installed in the default directory by someone in our league. So whenever we viewed his files they had the wrong path for the templates and so never showed properly.

My guess is that either you, or someone in your league, did not install to the default folder. Everyone must install to the same directory because OOTP embeds hard paths into the HTML (instead of using relative paths).
