Upload = Nothing

Guys I jsut started a league and if look at my site: http://hsbl.leagueserver.net you can see that the whole thing won't upload. It loads about 20% and then the OOTP game freezes/ I contacted the server and they state that all is well on their end. So, I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or knows a way to fix it

Sounds like the FTP connection timed out. Have you tried archiving the reports and then extracting them on your server? It takes only a minute to do, total, which is much faster than the 30-40 minutes the game takes to upload files one by one.
