License issue - contacted elicense a week ago..

Well, over a year ago I reformatted without unregistering a license (dumb mistake) and last week my hard drive went kaput. Bye bye 90+ years of simulation in a league.. argh. Attempted to install OOTP 6.12 on my new laptop and received the error:11 - no license available. I contacted Via-Tech through their eLicense site a week ago with my order ID and this info and still haven't heard from them..

The majority of the time the issue is w/ a spam blocker or filter that blocks their reply from getting to you. Might wanna check that, if that's not it I'd email them again.
