FTP export times out

I recently took over a team in a long-running online league. The only problem is that I seem to be unable to send my team's exports. When I hit the "export to FTP" button, the "Setting up connection" prompt appears for about :20, then is replaced by an "operation timed out" prompt.

I've been in several other online leagues and have never had this problem. I'm running OOTP 6.5a with a DSL connection. Is it possible that I need to adjust the amount of time the computer will try to send the export before it gives up? Is this even possible?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Problem solved...turned out to be a firewall issue.
