OOTP Support

Hi all,

I'm not sure what to do about this, but I've e-mailed support three times within the week without getting a response. I know the only way my problem can be resolved is going through support (a license related issue), but I figured I would post this to get the attention of a moderator and hopefully they can set me up with some help.
