What happend?

I downloaded OOTP 5 about a month ago. When i did, it was hard to see the words. It's like part of the words are missing. I can still make out what most of the words are saying. But I want to see it all. Anyway i could fix this?

Game folder select "game config" file then toogle 3D setting.

i did it.....i did it a couple of times...but nothing changed....

and along with that..i can play the games...o can only simulate....once i try to play it...ti just stops....and theres nothing i can do..but close it out...
