Help!

I was trying to sign a coach for a GM in my league, however, upon trying to hire this coach, I had found it the team had no free agent money available, and I had already fired his previous coach. In an effort to remove this action, I selected "Restore League" thinking that it would not save my current progress and I could just restart. However that was not the case and upon restoring, my current league had been overwritten and replaced with nothing. I have tried Importing teams from the FTP server, however nothing happened. Is there any way I can restore my previous progress up to my last FTP update?
