Having a problem exporting

Just the last two days, when I try to export file to FTP, I am getting an error message that says "The computer is disconnected from the network". I see there is a server problem and was wondering if this is a related issue??

That is the error you receive when you can not get to the server you are exporting to. If you can still surf the web, then it is obviously the FTP server.

This guy is in my league (pretty sure I know who it is anyway) his FTP was broken in all his leagues and I verified that FTP overall was broken on his PC. His ISP suggested a System Restore which fixed the problem. I've worked with a couple others who simply had to turn off their MS firewall to fix the problem.
