Problem with OOTP 6.5

hello,

i play a solo league, it works fine until the last weekend. after i play a game OOTP crashes and i was on the desktop. when i load the savegame theres no league leader, strikeout leaders, era. etc. on the screen.
fortunately i had a backup from the savegame, i reinstall ootp 6 and ootp 6.5, copy the backup in the save game folder and it works fine, yesterday i play a game and after the game theres comes an error message "html output does not work". fortunately the save game works, but why had i so many problems with OOTP, it works 30 games without a problem, i change nothing on my pc.
i like ootp and i like my cleveland universe.
