Runtime Error

Help,

Immediately after downloading the new Lahman database I attempted to create a new historical league. When I hit the button to import the league I received "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error". Now, I can't access any league or anything else without getting the same message.

Anyone know what I need to do. I'm running version 6.5 on Windows XP.

Never had any crashing problems with 6.5 previously.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Uninstall and reinstall, the NEWEST db doesn't work with older versions of the game I'd say.

Is there a tutorial on the uniststall/re-install process? Do I need to uninstall/re-install verstion 6.0 as well?

No, not unless you are using it to play games as well. You should be able to just uninstall and reinstall that simple.
