Emergency! 6.5 issues

I am the commisioner in an online league (OOTP 6.51) and we just finished 2013. some of the player files did not download and are stuck from 10/2012 to 2/2013. How do I download the files? Most of the files that are not downloading are in the NL West.

Please tell me that this can be fixed. Do I start over? Anyone who reads this can help me. We are in the off-season and I do not want to loose anyone.

Does everyone have the same version of the game, have you cleared out ANY old files from your d/l location, have you tried having the problem files emailed to you this time to try and import?

I am the only one with the game. I recieved the file from the previous commisioner and all he had was 6.0 and he upgraded to 6.5. I have 6.0 added patch 6.12 and upgraded to 6.5. Does this make a difference?

How do I do what you said?
Where is the import feature and how does it work?
What is my D/L location?

Please list it step-by-step
