Getting pictures Online?

I have players in the league who have photos when I am looking at the players wiht OOTP 6.5 open. But then I upload the league site and there is just a white box with a red x in the top corner where the picture should be. What do I have to do to get the pictures up?

Looking at the online page locate the folder where the pics are supposed to be then upload them to that folder.
