Help!!! Game crashed during save!! Can't load!

The game crashed during a save! Now when I load it gets to 93% (Loading Faces) and gets stuck!!

Please tell me there is a way around this!!

HELP!!!

You can delete the faces data from your leagues save folder, but you lose all your player faces, and have to start over generating faces again, but the game loads, and your stats don't get messed up.

I deleted all the player photos and it seems to be stuck again...
