Editing Individual Player Statistics in OOTP6.
I was just wondering how to edit individual Player Statistics. I mean, in my game, I have Roger Clemens as 42 years old, but he's a "rookie." I would like to put in his statistics from previous years. Any possible way to do so?

Um, I don't follow. Like, right now, it's acting as if 2007 was his rookie season. And they're giving him an automatic resign for next year. I want them to realize he's like a 20 year veteran. Which databases do I use?

I'm guessing he was created by the person when I downloaded the roster pack, but he was a Free Agent with no previous statistics. I don't want the contract, I know how to do that. I just want it to show that he has experience and he's experienced enough not to have to go through Arbitration or be Automatically resigned. Because that's what they're going to do for him in the game if it doesn't realize that he's not a rookie.

Well, I don't know that importing him will solve THAT issue but it will give him the stats that he has had. http://www.baseball1.com has the databases, use the comma delimited version. Not sure if the current one will work but you can try - if it doesn't I'd just work my way backwards until one does.

Is there any way you could JUST import statistics into a league and nothing else? Because his database doesn't have many minor leaguers such as Phillip Hughes and Joba Chamberlain...
edit- i mean i realize it's for replay purposes, but i would like to import the statistics into a new league if that's at all possible...

Alright, I guess I could just create all the minor leaguers, seeing as how they have no experience in the Majors anyway. But is there a way to start from 2007 and keep the 2006 statistics as is? Because when I converted it into a career league, the 2006 statistics became the 2005 ones...
EDIT: In my create folder, I already made it so it starts in 2007, if that helps at all.

Okay, one last question. Is there a way to start a league with an empty roster and import all the players 1 by 1 that you want in there, and then create the remaining players? I only ask because I want to start the season in 2007, not 2006.
