License Problem

Here's the problem:

I uninstalled OOTP4 off of a computer I had and took off the license in order to install it on a new computer I juts purchased. When I go to get the license to be able to install OOTP4 on the computer, it says I still have too many licenses for the game. I have it installed on my laptop and a friends computer. I took it off my old computer, but still can not install the game.

I need the game on this machine for online league purposes ASAP.

Is there any way to fix this with a one time license code or something?
