assistance please!

I bought the game online about 5 months ago. Last Saturday, we had a 'lightning strike' and my whole tower fried!!

Starting fresh on everything is a pain, but at least I've replaced the tower.

I've downloaded the game..I didn't save the long elicence number I was supposed to.. how can I get going again?

You should have also been emailed a copy of the receipt, do you still have this in your email? If so you've got the Order ID you need.

Otherwise you'll have to call Via Tech and they'll take care of you. (You'll probably need to prove the purchase with your credit card number or something like that)
