Overcharged

I don't even know if this is the place to go to for this problem, and if not, I would appreciate it if somebody could direct me toward the site or person I should go to with this problem.

I just purchased a copy of OOTP6 for $19.99. I looked at my Wells Fargo account activity, and it appears that I was charged for four purchases of OOTP6 when (a) I only have 1 copy, and (b) the on-line receipt specifically points out that I only purchased 1 copy. Also, there are no other such receipts, so it seems pretty clear to me that Wells Fargo is the only party under the impression that I made 4 purchases.

Now, is it possible that this is a problem with e-license? Or is this a problem with Wells Fargo? Whom should I contact to verify that e-license/OOTP didn't screw up in some way?

I guess I ought to clarify that I only wanted 1 copy in the first place.

Anyway, like I said, I don't know if this is the right place to go for this problem, but it's a matter of $60 at a time when $60 is a pretty big deal for me. Thank you.

I would start by contacting viatech/e-license to see if the problem was on their end. You can reach them here: www.elicense.com

I would also contact Wells Fargo. Since Viatech only sent you one receipt they may only have one transaction recorded. Contact both parties and I'm sure it will be corrected.
