Creating An Online League

I've been looking around, but I can't find something. I swore that there was an FAQ on how to set up and commission an online league. Maybe I just had a dream about it. If anyone can refer me to that, I would appreciate it.

Steve,

That FAQ primarily deals with playing in a league, not setting up, being a comissioner, finding hosts to your site, etc. I thought that there was a FAQ for that.

Not that I am aware of, there are too many things concerning setting up a league that are variable, not sure a FAQ would help.
