OOTP 6.5 crash

Well, considering how old the game is I don't know if I'll actually get any help haha, but...

My game was auto-saving after a simmed day, and my computer crashed in the middle of auto-saving. Now whenever I open the league, OOTP crashes.

Anything I can do or am I FUBAR'd?

unless you have a back-up of your league you are probably screwed, but maybe somebody else has some kind of trick or something.
