can't install license

Hi, I've had OOTP 6 (and 6.51a) for quite some time now. I'm looking at my original OOTP 6 receipt from 7/17/2004. I had the game installed on my desktop and my laptop (i.e. both licenses were used). I just had a reformat my laptop's hard drive, but did not unlicense the game before doing so. It's the same exact computer the game was on before, but when I go to install the license, it tells me there are no more licenses available for my order ID. Is there any way for me to install the game without having to pay for another license?

I'm having similar problems. I have it installed on my desktop and used to have it installed on my old laptop. The old laptop has been reformatted and I'd like to put OOTP 6.5 on this new laptop.

A while back I emailed someone (with OOTP 4) as I had a similar problem and they released one of my installs so that I can install it again. I wonder what would be the process to get one of the installs released as it is not in use any more.

Contact elicense and explain the issue. They are usually very prompt at releasing licenses with proper documentation.

Providing the original receipt will help. Providing as much detail as you can will make it easier for them to fix the issue.

Thanks for the quick response. I filled out the "support form" requesting one of my licenses be "reinstated". We'll see what happens.
