Not working on Windows Vista

I have been playing this on my desktop and wanted to begin playing on my new laptop with Windows Vista. Downloaded ootp 6 and 6.5. When I attempt to start ootp6 to license it, it will not start up.

Any thoughts?

Right-click the shortcut and select run as admin.
