Unique Almanac Problem

This isn't a big problem, since I can work around it, but I run a league and awhile back I received the file back from someone that was simming for me. I have all the neccessary parts for the league, but here's the issue. I had to send the file to someone to do the simming for me for a week. I get it back, and I can only see the almanac of 2007 and we are currently in 2013.

The updated league file doesn't have the almanac, and I would like to copy the almanac of the old league file into the new one. Since it only shows the 2007 almanac, I am unable to do it. When I look at the almanac of the league file, I find out the location. Sure enough, it's at Program Files/OOTP 6.5/League Name/Almanac. Unfortunately when I look, the only almanac is 2007.

I think it has something to do with Vista because when I had XP, I could see everything just fine.
