This happens to me also with 4.2 but only if I move the window up and down, not sideways. But I don't see why this matters since most people play it either in full-screen mode, or with the window set to cover the entire screen anyway, right? Then it works fine.

I don't use full screen mode, because I'm usually multitasking. I like to have music on, or often I'm emailing the league commish at the same time.

I also usually multitask when playing OOTP but I set the window to the size of the entire screen. I'm not too familiar with OOTP4 yet since I just upgraded from v3, but wouldn't setting the window to a smaller size just mess you up since you wouldn't be able to see the whole OOTP screen? I don't think there is a scroll bar in OOTP4.

you don't need a scroll bar. the window is small. of course, my screen resolution is 1600 x 1200.

OK, then it makes sense. I'm at 1024 x 768, so it takes up the whole screen for me. What size monitor do you have, that you can use such a high resolution and not need a magnifying glass to see the screen?

I"ve got this issue as well.

I've got the same issue with 4.2. I move the OOTP window down, and the marquee stays where it was.

I'm running XP on a 2.0 GHz P4.
