4.2 bug: Pitcher allowed to remain in game after he's removed for a pinch-hitter

I pinch-hit for my pitcher.

In-between innings, if you hit "return to game", it will properly say "lineup incomplete" and not let you move on

But if you hit "show opponent" and then "return to game" in the opponent's screen, it will allow you to continue pitching with your old pitcher.

This is actually an old bug that the AI used to use. It was blocked there... but appears that it wasn't completely disabled for the user.

So its a bug... just not specifically a 4.2 bug... I'll get it added to the bug list. Thanks for the report.
