error message when attempting to install ootp4

I have tried to install ootp 4 and keep getting the following error message :

"could not initialize installation, file size expected, 13996826, file size returned 3904512"

is there someone who can help me with this? or is there a phone # where i can reach someone from the company?? th anks

I would try redownloading it first, since your download may have been corrupted.

Hmm ... I'll have to give it some thought. There are others here who would be better qualified to answer this than me, but I'll try to look into it.
