more dupe/ghost/twin player issues

http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...yer-issue.html

this is a link to the RIBC's previous encounter with this situation.

our glorious RIBC has been stricken again by this ailment - another massive trade/duped/ghost/twin issue. this time i know exactly why, too:
i brought in transactions prior to two big trades. i did the trades, set the rosters, then went back to see if any more transactions came in late before running the games. *that* was the mistake. as soon as i clicked for the transactions once again, the split occurred.

as i do not know of anybody else that can do this, i am forced to appeal to the masses via the OOTP forum. the RIBC begs of you - please help us out and get things going, now that i know what to look out for in the future. we still run a fully-patched OOTP2007.

i have compiled the necessary information/files based upon the instructions sent out from the prior occurence - i can send it asap, if not sooner, if someone is kind enough to help us out?

please note, at this point i would also not mind paying you for your servies, as this has got to at least as large a pain in the rear for you to help as it is for us to endure.

i have instructed all of our owners that we cannot move things forward without fixing this issue, as the players involved are some of the top-20 in the entire league.

if however someone cannot help us, perhaps you could instead tell what what program i should learn to do things myself? at the very least so that I can fix it now to the best of my abilities; at the very best, so that i can fix it in the future without having to pester anyone at all.

i am guessing C++ is the best programming 'language', but i don't really even know what that mean other than some sort of programming thing that seems to be popular with the kids these days...

CRIPES!
If I'm not mistaken I believe OUR league is having exactly the same problem! I'll point our commissioner to this thread and let him evaluate our symptoms vs those described here, but I'm sure it's the same thing!

I not overly familiar with the forum listings, but I'll see if there is an archived solution to the problem, too. I mean, we can't be the only two that have had this problem!?
