Scoring Bug

[Khaos]

First inning, lead off batter singles, 2nd batter singles, leadoff to third. I decide to get cute and shake things up and squeeze bunt. The batter has an A bunt rating and the runner on 3rd is a B rated for speed. It doesn't work, the batter misses the bunt and the runner is tagged out. The batter then files out.

In the third inning the batter that missed the squeeze bunt triples. I look to the right and notice the game has him as 1 for 3 instead of 1 for 2. The Box score lists him as 1 for 3 also.

Did something in the failed squeeze play cause this scoring error?

I'll post the log and the box scores in the next 2 posts due to the character limit for posts. You'll notice that the 3rd batter spot has 5 ABs with 1 BB for 6 plate appearances, but the number 2 and number 1 spots only have 5 plate appearance each.

Also notice that it never mentions my closer entering the game in the ninth on the log. Actually, none of the pitching changes are recorded correctly.
