Salary Cap Exceeded by many

I've instituted a salary cap...65,680,00 ....for my career league, but I've got a large number of team exceeding the salary cap easiily..... I added up player salaries for a few of my teams and they don't even come close to matching what the payroll is shown for the these teams..... Am I missing something.... shouldn't these numbers be the same?? And if not, what's causing the difference figures being displayed.... ???

Currently teams can sign "one" player(that I am aware of) that can put them over the cap....hopefully this will be tightened up in v5.

Coaches salaries factor into the salary cap expense for each team.
