Problem downloading OOTP4!?!

I first bought and downloaded OOTP4 when it first came out and everything worked fine for the most part. About a month ago or so, my computer crashed so I e-mailed support and got my activation number so I could download it again. I tried today to download it and it keeps cutting off at the same point and I get this message:

Could not initialize installation. File size expected = 13967387, size returned = 5850667.

Its seems to stop at 5850667 every time I try to download it. I'm pretty sure everything is good on my end as far as my computer goes, but I know very little about computers so maybe not.

If anybody could help, I'd appreciate it greatly!!

Try getting a d/l manager like Get Right or one of the other's out now that can help. Also if you are using AOL to d/l the game that can cause problems.
