Liscense error

I have had some viruse issues and cleaned it all up as well as got rid of cookies and internet temp files I am not sure if one of these is a cause but just letting you know the PC has been cleaned.

but when I loaded up the game one of my securty programs popped up with some strang activity, and I told it to allow, then once the game was up it loaded to the demo screen saying I had until mar 18. this bugged me because I bought the game feb 13

I then clicked liscence and got and error that said
Quote:
Sorry could not get a license at this time.
please try running this program later

I clicked ok and tried again then did not get the splash screen just the error, I tried to unlisense it and got the same error.

I do not want to uninstall because I am not sure I will not lose one of my installs, I am not sure how to fix it either though, I have my reciept with my key just not sure how to use it to fix it.

thanks for any help you can give me

it seems a restart of my PC fixed the problem, and had me re-lisence the game. now the question is does that count as my 2 linsence or did I assidently delete the old linsece when I cleared out the temp file?

I would still like to have my 2 installs as opposed to it thinking I had 2 when it was 2 with one PC. I am not exactally sure how it knows how many PCs has it under my lisence and not sure how it knows if I relinseced or added a new install on another PC

I hope that makes since, it has already been a long day and it is just half over....

thanks for any help though

Once licensed you can uninstall as often as you like and any re-install will be OK. Depending on your OS the elicense folder will indicate whether your license is 01/02 or 02/02.

Don't worry about it.

License Help...

My laptop had a hard drive failure... complete and total.

I have a new HDD from corp IT and I want to reinstall the game. How do I unlicense an install that no longer exists so I can reactivate my install? This is the same laptop, same user (me) just a new HDD.

Thanks.

Jeremy

Send an email to support@elicense.com and give them all the details (name, email address, etc) and they'll sort it out for you.
