Not using my lineups

I have set my lineups and I have the game set up so that it is supposed to use the lineups I give it and not my "manager"...however whenever I click to play a game a completely different lineup is set and I have to change it every game. What do I need to do to fix this? Why isn't it using my lineups?

Ok I think I fixed it. I changed my Depth Chart settings to start the subs "only when tired" and that seems to have done it.
