The saved_games folder ought to be placed in the data folder: OOTP 9\data\saved_games\LeagueName.lg

Your CCBL.lg folder has a bunch of .dat files within it and not just another ccbl.lg folder?

So there are approximately seventeen files ending in a .dat extension directly within the ccbl.lg folder?

It should be under My Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 9\data\saved_games\CCBL.lg

Well, it depends upon where the game was installed.

Mtngoats, do you have other leagues that you can load up in OOTP? Can you search for where their corresponding .lg folders are kept?

And no, none of the folders should be zipped. They should all be unzipped.
