License error -25005 on Mac

I bought OOTP9 upon its release for my Mac. Played it, etc. Had some downtime and have now got a new Macbook (Intel) running 10.5.6. Downloaded the latest version of the game and ran the installer. Entered the license serial and it tells me it isn't registered. Gives me an error code of -25005.

Have attempted to unlicense the old computer in case that was causing problems.

I also deleted and re-installed and... nothing. Same problem.

I've contacted elicense and haven't heard anything. Hoping someone here can provide some insight.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

If you bought the game for your Mac, then you'll need to get ahold of eSellerate rather than eLicense.
