Screen Height

I had ootp9 installed my computer for some time. Then it crashed and I could not get the game to restart no matter what I tried. Finally uninstaled it and downloaded it all over again. When the installatioin started received message reading "The following system requirements fot the setup were not met Screen Height 768" I chose ignore in teh options and the game loaded however it is not full screen and therefor pitcher details do not appear on teh game scren. Since game worked fine with full screen in the past wonder whether someone could tell me what happened and how I ovecome the screen height problem.

Computrer being used is HP Laptop
