"Invalid Data" Issue

OK, here's what happened. Has some virus issues w/ my computer. Rand my usual stuff. Also downloaded AVG and ran that. Now, OOTP is giving me an "invalid data" error when ever I try to do anything with it. I tried reinstalling from scratch, downloading just the .exe and even unlicensing the program. I did check the main note and the .cpl file is still in my Windows folder safe and sound, so that's not an issue. Any help? Should I try uninstalling AVG and reinstalling OOTP?

Maybe try disabling AVG long enough to install and try running OOTP to see if that is your conflict.
