Game won't start...

I know it is something I did. I was 'tweaking' Windows XP and disabled a bunch of services. Now OOTP4 doesn't start at all. Just wondering if someone has ran in to this before and knows the service that I need to run or be able to run.

Ok I figured it out. LicCtrl service must not be disabled.
