"Unable to open or create the application data folder!"

Hey guys, sorry to post it in here, but it seems like there is a lot more knowledgable posters in here. The OOTP 9 forums are a lot slower.

But, I keep getting "Unable to open or create the application data folder! Please reinstall Out of the Park Baseball." when trying to open OOTP 9.

I use Vista, and I am clicking "Run as Admin". I've reinstalled it two times, and nothing seems to work. I even cleared out my c:\users\username\appdata\roaming folder of it's OOTP contents, and still nothing works.

Any help would be appreciated guys. Thanks!

When I go to reinstall I'm getting this error (please see screenshot)

I'm just going to reformat, see what happens afterward......

Yea, I had to reformat the computer and everything works now.
