I'm also running 64-bit and have that folder. I had noticed it last week and already tried removing it, but it simply crashes as you stated.

I've also tried removing each file individually in that folder and it crashes everytime.

It's entirely the wrong operating system, but could this be a workaround?

Also, did you guys install to the default directory? If so, could you try uninstalling and reinstalling to a custom directory such as C:\OOTP Baseball 10?

I re-installed the game to a new directory like you suggested and it now works fine.

If anyone else is still having trouble, Markus suggests that you delete the user.dat file. Find it by typing "%appdata% into the explorer, then going to the folder Out of the Park Developments\OOTP 10\config
