OOTP 9.2.13 DH Crash

this is in reference to BZ 1680, where an in-progress game would crash if you applied the DH rule in a non-DH league. when the 9th place batter comes up for the visiting team, OOTP unexpectedly quits (on my mac, anyway).

there was a thread for this, but there was a claim that this issue was to be dealt with in an upcoming patch, and then the thread was deemed "closed/fixed."

i'd like someone to look into this issue again, as i am still having it, even after having downloaded and installed the latest patch.
