6.5 Import of Rookie Class problem. Please help

I run three online leagues using OOTP6.5. One of my leagues is advancing to 2005 (league started in 1980). When I 'advance to next season', for some reason it does not prompt me for if I want to import real rookies or not, it just starts making new ones. I've never had this problem before, it has always prompted me in the past.

How do I get it to prompt me again (and/or import the rookies other than one at a time)?

The game only allowed imports up to 2004. After that you are on your own to manually edit the fictional players to real life players or do what we did and just rename rookies to real life prospects and try and best rename them to thier skills and positions.

Sorry the only downside to staying 6.5 or earlier.
