when a SB leader isn't really...

In the league I commish, Green Monsta, we have three players duking it out for the Stolen Base lead in the league. While all three continue to leap frog each other and all three appear on the standings screen as the leaders there is a small problem...

There is a player with more steals not being listed on the standings screen leaders. If you go to the league leaders menu and choose sb you will see the "real" leader.

(edited) the html pages show the real leader in the AL as he should be.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

I have heard about problems like this in the past. I can not remember how or if it was resolved. You might want to do a search to see if you can find something.

I've seen this in some of my leagues, too. This usually turns out to be a really fast guy who gets put in to run for the clunky slugger. He swipes a base, plays defensse for an inning, and maybe gets 4 or 5 plate appearances a week. It seems that the only players that make the front page are the 'qualified' players. So, the speedy thief doesn't get his 15 minutes of fame. (Maybe that's a good thing.)

That is what the search revealed as the cause usually. In this case, when I chose "qualified" on the league leaders page in the game, he still showed up as the leader. It is only on the standings view in the game that he doesn't show.
