Computer Crash - Stats now inaccurate

While simming a week's worth of games, my computer froze and I had to reboot the system to bring it back to life. The team W/L records reflected that week's games, but the individual player statistics are now incorrect. For instance, if a batter hit 3 homeruns during that week (as seen by reviewing the boxscores), his individual totals still show the numbers he had during the previous week. The boxscores, however, continue to show the correct totals for each player.

Is there any way to recalucalte overall stats so the individual numbers are accurate?

The only way that I know of to correct this is the d/l Pierre's editor from here and edit the players one by one. Unless you have a backup of the league, which may be taking a step backwards but would be much easier.
