Purchased game cannot download

I purchased OOTP via the 400 store. I recieved my confirmation email me with the link that takes me to the download. I have entered my order code correctly. When I click download I get "cannot access web page" I have been trying for 2 days unsuccessfully. I also attempted to download
at ottp4 website unsucessfully.

I would appreciate help in resolving this problem

I was just able to download the game from here with no problem. I used the download server.

thank you for info fantom but that download does not work. I have tried multiple times to download ootp4 from the server on the ootp4 webpage and every time I try to initialize the program I get a "filesize expected does not match file size returned" this function is only valid in Win 32 mode. I have also unsucessfully tried to download through the floppy disk save method.
I have also tried downloading it with different browsers to and I always get the filesize error.

I am now on the 3d day of recieving "Web page Unavailable" when I try to download from the order link recieved in my purchase confirmation e-mail.

what am I supposed to do???

Are you using AOL to d/l it? If so try just using the browser by itself.

I have used Internet Exporer

and I have also tried with Opera

In both instances I did so using the browser by itself

Try here, you will have to d/l another patch after this but it should get you going.

If you are an AOL dial up situation there are many issues involved with any large downloads. Some users also had issues with downloading from a DNS address, and the .400 ftp download link worked for them:

Other AOL users were able to DL the game with a download accelerator program like DAP: http://www.speedbit.com/

thanks all for helping

I was able to download ootp41 from the link provided by steve above. when starting program after download i got the VTCPAK33.dll error. I did a websearch, found the dll put it in my ootp folder and the game started.

currently I can get to the liscense screen.

I cannot liscense....I get a runtime error -12

I have emailed liscensing support for help with this issue.

I had the same exact problem when I tried to Liscense
TDCB after I purchased that product as well. and They had
to send me instructions to resolve the issue.

I assume they will have to do the same with OOTP. Hopefully they will be prompt in their reply.

Thank you all for helping me get to this point.
