trade window problem

I've had the game about 10 months and the last weekits just starting doing this bizarre and frustrating thing. I'll go into a the trade screen, and click on a player from another team. When I close his window and click on him again, his ratings are significantly different than what they were the first time I clicked on it. Becasue of this I have no idea what my scout really thinks of a player, and it does this on every player. I've tried reinstalling the game and reinstalling the league, but to no avial. Please help.

I don't understand this, I've completely deleted it, re-downloaded and re-installed and it still does this with the default league. It never did this before last week

You shoudl tryt to contact the makes of the game maybe, sorry I can't be anymore help.

These symptoms sound like scouts are activated - isn't this what scouts do in the trade screen? I don't use the scouts option but that is my memory of how scouts behaved in v3 and v4. The official answer during OOTP3 was that the 1st ratings were your scout, and the 2nd set of ratings were his scouts (or vice versa

). Since Steve asks about the lastest patch then perhaps this was changed in one of the v4 patches.

If it was not changed here is what you do to get rid of this issue: Turn scouts off on the leagues option screen.
