Problem after switching computers

I recently built a new computer and attempted to put OOTP4 on the new computer from several Zip Disks. The game starts, but the screen is dark and will not allow me to view anything in the pull down menus. The game will basically not let me do anything.

I don't really care if I lost any season data, but what I am most concerned about is whether I can download it again and use the current license that I have. I know that I can use the 3 licenses, but can I download it from the site and then use another license? I believe that I still have the license. If not, I guess I am screwed. So can I download it again, using my old license?

By the way, I am running Windows XP now. When I originally purchased the game, I was using Windows 98.

BTW to answer your question, you can download it again and use the original liscence.

You should just right click on the OOTP4 icon and select "Unliscence" first)
