How do i download patch for OOTP3?

Well I tried downloading the patch for OOTP3:

OOTP 3 Patch 3.2 from mirror server

on the downloads page. when i got it and moved it into my game directory, it's asking me to buy it. I think this might be because i have the cd-rom version Season Ticket Baseball. If so, how do i download the patch for that? I currently have Season Ticket 1.3. Is this the equivalent of OOTP 3 patch 3.2?

If you have STB then version 1.3 is the most updated version released. So you are set, OOTP patches will not work for STB.

Hmm... just to make sure, are there any improvements in the OOTP3 patches that are not in STB 1.3?

AFAIK all the OOTP patches were added to STB so if you have v 1.3 of STB you are set
