Retired Players Showing Up On Teams

I run an online league. The last 2 sims we started noticing a few players were overwriting active players. First it was Chuck Finley overwriting Pedro Astacio on Colorado, then it was David Cone replacing Matt Anderson on Oakland.

Any ideas why this might be happening? Should I roll back a few sims? Wondering if the file is corrupt or not. Any info would be appreciated. You can find the file at www.baseballmanager.net/bmn.zip incase you want to take a look at it.

That's weird. If it was my league I would sim a few seasons out and see if this is a repititive thing, or just a fluke. Other than that I dont know what to tell ya.
